How it works
1. AI Adoption Diagnostic. Video interviews with you and your team, a review of your tools and workflows, and a written roadmap: what to set up, what to drop, an AI use policy for your firm, and one fixed price for the work.
2. Setup sprint. We set up and connect the tools inside your own accounts, build your team’s prompts and workflows, and train everyone on their real work.
3. Coaching. Regular video coaching so the tools actually get used, with a monthly briefing on what has changed and a usage review so you can see it working.
What it costs
AI Adoption Diagnostic: from $2,500. Taken off your setup sprint if you book within 30 days.
Setup sprint: from $4,500
Owner coaching: from $750 a month. One-to-one for the owner or founder.
Team coaching: from $1,500 a month. Sessions for your team, a monthly briefing and a shared playbook.
Executive coaching: from $2,000 a month. One-to-one for senior leaders, including a personal AI assistant set up across email, calendar and documents.
Maintenance: from $300 a month. Keeps everything updated once coaching ends.
Expert time: $275 an hour, billed in 15-minute units
Coaching runs for a minimum of six months. Every project gets one fixed written price before work starts.
How we work
